Business & funding details you provide: your name, business name, phone number, business structure, industry, time in business, estimated annual revenue, requested funding amount, funding purpose, funding timeline, and self-reported credit range.
Device & usage information: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, and other analytics data.
Cookies & tracking technologies: we and our partners use cookies, pixels, session replay, and similar technologies to operate the site, measure performance, and support advertising. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.

Lenders, loan officers & funding partners: when you submit our questionnaire, we transfer the information you provide (including your name, business details, phone number, funding request, and self-reported credit range) to one or more third-party lenders, loan officers, brokers, funding networks, or marketing partners so they can contact you about financing. We receive compensation for these referrals. Under certain state privacy laws — including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) — this exchange of personal information for compensation may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You may opt out as described in Section 7.
What happens after transfer: once your information is provided to a lender or partner, their use of it is governed by their own privacy policy, not ours. Partners may retain your information, contact you directly, and use it as permitted by law and their own policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any lender you work with.

You understand and agree that: (a) the information you submit will be transferred to third-party lenders, loan officers, brokers, and funding partners, and that we are compensated for these referrals; (b) once transferred, your information is subject to each partner's own privacy policy and practices; and (c) you consent to the communication practices described in our Privacy Policy, including receiving calls, texts (including autodialed or prerecorded messages), and emails from us and up to five (5) funding partners, even if your number is on a Do-Not-Call list. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you may opt out as described in the Privacy Policy.
We do not control, and are not responsible for, the products, services, rates, fees, terms, decisions, communications, data practices, or conduct of any third-party lender, loan officer, or partner. Any agreement you enter into for financing is solely between you and that lender, and any information you share with a lender after referral is governed by that lender's policies. Your dealings with, and reliance on, any partner are at your own risk. You should independently review all loan terms, rates, and fees before accepting any offer.
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose; not to submit false information or information you are not authorized to provide (including another person's contact information); and not to interfere with, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the site or its security.
The site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by or licensed to Lenny Biz Loans and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the site for its intended purpose only.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lenny Biz Loans and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your information, or your violation of these Terms.
Except where prohibited by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, and you and Lenny Biz Loans waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by notifying us in writing at the email below within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the arbitration provision.
